About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools, including AI and automation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve the recruitment process.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
