About the Role
As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to inform HR-related decisions, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth.
You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that inform HR-related decisions.
- Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
- Provide HR support to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Conduct data analysis and create data visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
- Ability to create data visualizations and reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
