About the Role
This HR Intern role at Vistoma Digital offers a unique opportunity to work directly on hiring, candidate management, onboarding, HR operations, employee records, attendance, and exit processes. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle and understand how HR works inside a fast-growing business.
As an HR Intern, you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial candidate interactions, and coordinating interview schedules. You'll also work closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, maintain candidate trackers, and monitor time-to-hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interview schedules.
- Work closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment pipelines, and hiring reports.
- Monitor time-to-hire and actively follow up to ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
- Support offer coordination, pre-joining communication, and candidate engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or have completed an MBA, preferably with a specialization or interest in Human Resources.
- Graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, job portals, and digital tools.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple candidates, interviews, and priorities.
- Take ownership of your work and follow through on responsibilities.
