About the Role

As a Loan Against Property professional at Visioncare Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for originating and processing loan applications against properties, ensuring timely disbursements and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and process loan applications against properties, ensuring timely disbursements and maintaining accurate records.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase loan origination volumes and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, credit, and operations, to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

• Lead Generation: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
• Sales: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Cold Calling: Effective communication and persuasion skills to engage with customers and partners.
• Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer Acquisition: Proven ability to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
• Banking Products: Knowledge of banking products and services, including loan origination and processing.
• MS Excel: Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze data and create reports.
• Microsoft Word: Proficiency in Microsoft Word to create documents and presentations.
• CrossSelling: Ability to identify and sell additional products or services to customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
