About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Virtusa, you'll be working with large datasets to identify trends, create data visualizations, and provide insights to stakeholders. Your day-to-day tasks will involve data cleaning, analysis, and reporting using various tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis.
• Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to business stakeholders as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, Python, and Power BI.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Certifications in data analysis or related tools (e.g. Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI) are a plus.
