Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive specializing in IT services at our Dehradun location. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and managing accounts to drive revenue growth. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies for business expansion while ensuring client satisfaction throughout every stage of the business engagement process. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive business growth. Strong Business acumen and Account Management skills for maintaining and expanding client relationships. Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Experience in sales and negotiation, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Ability to analyze market trends and use them to inform strategy. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with IT services and solutions is an additional advantage. Goal orientation and the ability to work independently to achieve objectives.
