About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and client interaction, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, market research, and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through various channels. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Schedule meetings and follow up with clients. Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations. Maintain and update CRM/database with client information. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Support business development and marketing initiatives. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of sales and business development processes. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools is an advantage. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Eligibility Criteria Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or related field. Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in sales, recruitment, or business development. Preferred Qualifications Internship or project experience in sales/marketing is a plus. Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
