Key Responsibilities: We are looking for passionate and motivated WordPress Developer Freshers who are eager to build real-world websites and grow in a fast-paced digital agency environment. This role is ideal for candidates who have basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and website development and are looking for hands-on industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites using themes, plugins, and page builders.

2. Work on responsive website layouts for desktop and mobile devices.

3. Support website customization using Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or similar page builders.

4. Learn and assist with WooCommerce setup and website integrations.

5. Help optimize website speed, performance, and basic SEO structure.

6. Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams on live projects.

7. Troubleshoot basic website issues and perform regular updates.

8. Maintain website content, layouts, and functionality.

9. Learn industry-standard workflows, documentation, and development practices.

Training & Salary Structure:

1. Training Period: 1 Month

2. Stipend During Training: ₹10,000

3. Post-Training Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

4. Final salary after training will depend on performance evaluations, technical tests, learning ability, and overall contribution during the training period.
