Accountant For Tax Consultancy - Raipur , Chhattisgarh

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the tax consultancy team to analyze financial data and provide insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including filing tax returns and maintaining accurate records.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to help the company make informed financial decisions.
• Use accounting software to record and track financial transactions, and to generate reports and statements.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports and respond to auditor queries.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of tax laws and regulations in India.
