Role Description We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Srinagar, specifically from Lawaypora, HMT, Narbal, Kawoosa, Shalteng, Qammerwari & nearby areas. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will conduct market research to understand customer needs, deliver compelling sales presentations, and collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Additionally, you will represent our brand at networking events and provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in market research and strategic planning to identify and target business opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable results. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to achieving business goals. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior sales experience in relevant industries or markets is a strong advantage. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus not mandatory
