Veridian Carbon works with buyers, investors, and partners across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe, with a particular focus on engaging senior decision-makers in markets such as New York, London, and Berlin. Role Description The Sales Development Representative Intern will lead outbound outreach to senior decision-makers across the global carbon market. This is a remote internship centred on written communication, with interns sending approximately 150 quality emails per day to potential buyers, investors, partners, and other contacts who can move a deal forward. Responsibilities include prospect research, personalised outreach, follow-up sequence management, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones. Calling is a minor part of the role and limited to Indian contacts. The internship begins with a structured training period of 20 to 30 days, depending on individual pace, during which interns will learn the carbon market in depth and sharpen their outbound skills for a global audience. This training period is unpaid. A paid internship path opens up for those who deliver during training, with strong performance carrying real upside, including a bonus tied to closed deals and a full-time offer for the right person. Specifics will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. After the training period, top-performing interns will also begin running first-round meetings with prospects.
