Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will deliver high-quality training sessions, create and refine technical training content, and facilitate learning programs for individuals and groups. The role involves conducting assessments, providing feedback to enhance performance, and ensuring a robust understanding of technical concepts. The trainer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with organizational goals and stay updated with the latest developments in the field. Qualifications Proven experience in Technical Training and expertise as a Technical Trainer. Strong Training & Development skills with the ability to design and deliver effective programs. Demonstrated proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse learners. Proficiency in conducting technical assessments and measuring training effectiveness. Flexibility to adapt training styles to various learning needs and levels of expertise. Educational background in a relevant technical or teaching discipline; certifications in training are advantageous. Experience in leveraging technology and digital tools for training delivery is a plus.
