Telecaller

About the Role

As a Telecaller at Velnex Business Management and Operations FZE LLC, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to promote interior design services, including furniture, modular kitchens, and wardrobes. You will need to communicate effectively with customers in Malayalam and English, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of interior design and furniture.
• Ability to work with a CRM system.
• Degree in any discipline.
• Fluency in Malayalam is a must, while knowledge of English is a plus.
