About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Vedik Infra Corporation, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in the Lucknow region. Your primary focus will be on promoting our products and services to higher secondary and B.A. students, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Lucknow region, focusing on higher secondary and B.A. students.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Promote our products and services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve company-wide goals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales records, reporting on sales performance and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including needs analysis, solution selling, and negotiation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
