About the Role

As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our company. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing front desk operations, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, which may include tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.

  • Qualifications: 0-4 years of experience in a front office or administrative role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
