Business Development Executive (B2B Service Sales)

About the Role
Join our growing team as a Business Development Executive and kick-start your career in international B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving individual sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable service solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM on a regular basis.
- Work closely with the internal sales and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You'll Need
- Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Willing to work in the US Shift from the Hyderabad office
