About the Role
This role involves working in a Voice Process environment, interacting with customers in the US time zone. As a fresher, you'll be part of an entry-level team handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
Day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer calls, emails, or chats, resolving their queries, and escalating complex issues to senior team members. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and meeting performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer service experience in a BPO or call center environment (desirable).
- Bachelor's degree in any field (freshers with any degree can apply).
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 US shift schedule (rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends).
