About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for hiring and onboarding candidates for international BPOs, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients and team members. You will work closely with the recruitment team to identify and select top talent for various positions, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent for various positions in international BPOs
  • Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure smooth onboarding and hiring processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and candidates
