About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an international voice process environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and at least one other language (dependent on the specific customer base).
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
