About the Role
In this Customer Service role for an International BPO, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and customers worldwide, handling their queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via phone, email, or chat. You'll work with a dynamic team to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the growth of our global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, clarify customer doubts, and address concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers, meeting sales targets and improving customer retention.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
- Fluency in English and/or any other language relevant to the international BPO industry.
