About the Role
As a Banking Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their banking needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer queries, and ensure a positive experience for each interaction.
You will work closely with the banking team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their banking journey.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing a seamless and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on banking products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused approach.
- Collaborate with the banking team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Meet or exceed customer service standards and targets.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and feedback.
Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- Degree in any discipline (preferably in Business or related field).

- Customer Service Certification (optional).
