About the Role

As a Telecaller at Varaha Systems, you will be responsible for interacting with farmers over phone calls, following a set standard operating procedure (SOP). You will also be reviewing project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

You will be a key member of the team, supporting the growth and success of Varaha's climate tech venture.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with farmers over phone calls to discuss project requirements and provide guidance.
• Review project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field staff.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of photographic evidence captured in the field.
• Identify and flag discrepancies, errors, or missing data in submitted records.
• Maintain a log of validation findings and ensure timely communication of issues to the respective field teams.
• Share daily updates on identified issues and required corrective actions via email.

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: A graduate degree is preferred, but anything above 12th is acceptable.
• Knowledge of agriculture practices, especially AWD, is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with farmers and rural stakeholders.
• Language Requirements: Must be a local candidate who can fluently speak and understand the local district/state language, with proficiency in Telugu being preferable.
• Strong data validation and communication skills.
