Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Cloud Native Site Reliability Engineer. The role involves ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud-based systems while identifying and resolving potential issues proactively. Responsibilities include performing troubleshooting and incident management, managing infrastructure and system administration tasks, and contributing to software development for improved automation and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and implement best practices for cloud-native operations. Qualifications Strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering and proactive incident management Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues Experience with Software Development, including scripting and automation using golang Hands-on skills in System Administration and Infrastructure management Solid understanding of cloud-native environments, Kubernetes,service mesh, and containerization Knowledge of monitoring tools, logging systems, and CI/CD pipelines LLM/SLM inference knowledge Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus
