About the Role

In this Remote Full-Stack Production Support role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our MERN-based applications. This involves monitoring performance, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

As a key member of our production support team, you'll work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues. Your expertise in MERN technologies will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance and identify potential issues using tools like monitoring software and code scanning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and resolve production-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for production support processes and procedures.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and penetration testing to identify potential security risks.
• Work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve code-related issues.
• Provide support for Single Page Applications and Microservices architecture.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in MERN technologies, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with MEAN technologies, including MongoDB, Express.js, Angular.js, and Node.js.
• Knowledge of Full Stack development, including front-end and back-end development.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, change management, and vulnerability scanning.
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.
