About the Role
In this role, you will be working as a customer service representative, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be working with various online platforms and tools to provide excellent customer service and support.

- Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Self-Motivated: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organizational Skills: Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
