About the Role

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers interacting with our company through live chat. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Use live chat management tools to track and resolve customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (live chat, phone, or in-person).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
