Junior Accountant (Greater Noida)

About the Role

This Junior Accountant role at V Sadev Appliances involves day-to-day accounting tasks such as journal entries, financial statement preparation, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in financial software. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing timely financial reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, financial statements, and other accounting documents.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ITRs in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and ITR regulations.
