About the Role
Position Brief: Position Title: US HR Job location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Job Timing: 09:00 AM EST to 06:00 PM EST (Night Shift) Role Overview The US HR will serve as a critical support function for the US IT Staffing team, acting as a bridge between recruiters, consultants, and vendor networks. This role combines vendor management, recruiter/consultant support, market research, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen organizational positioning in the US IT staffing market. Key Responsibilities 1. Vendor Management & Recruiter/Consultant Support Act as a go-to resource for US IT recruiters and consultants. Resolve queries related to clients, end customers, MSPs, prime vendors, and hiring trends. Provide account intelligence, market positioning, and client-specific insights to support recruitment teams. Build strong relationships with consultants, encouraging engagement and benefits adoption (e.g., insurance programs). 2. US IT Market Research & Intelligence Track US IT staffing market trends, including: State & Federal staffing contracts New RFPs, IDIQs, GWACs, and public sector opportunities Technology demand trends and rate movements Continuously monitor industry news, staffing portals, government procurement updates, and competitor activities. Deliver actionable insights to leadership and recruiters for strategic decision-making. 3. Monthly Newsletters & Knowledge Sharing Create and circulate monthly internal newsletters for recruiters and consultants covering: Market updates New contracts & opportunities Client insights and hiring patterns Design external newsletters with value-driven content for: US-based Ambassadors Strategic partners and industry connections Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing & Recruitment lifecycle. Knowledge of US clients, MSPs, prime vendors, and US staffing processes. Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills. Ability to convert complex information into clear insights and newsletters. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Hands-on experience with ATS / CRM / internal databases. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Ability to build rapport with consultants and encourage participation in company programs (e.g., insurance).
