About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as the right-hand person to the Founder Director, managing day-to-day operations, communication, and coordination across two organizations. This role involves handling calendar management, drafting and editing documents, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics for the Founder Director.
  • Draft and edit letters, emails, reports, proposals, and presentations to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and events, and record minutes and action points.
  • Serve as a communication bridge with stakeholders, donors, corporates, and collaborators, ensuring seamless interactions and follow-through.
  • Support outreach, branding, and training initiatives across both organizations, including developing partnerships and scheduling training programs.
  • Prepare presentations, conduct research, and maintain organized records to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and commitments, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA or MSW preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills, with strong drafting and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with senior professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy, proactivity, and dependability.
  • Interest in education, social impact, or training/development work is a plus.
