The Role We are looking for a high-energy Sales & Growth Associate to join our Founder's Office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate their wellness journey while driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Qualify and convert leads from WhatsApp, Email, and Website inquiries into paying clients. Client Relationship: Build trust with potential patients, understand their health needs, and recommend suitable Ayurvedic programs in coordination with our doctors. CRM & Outreach: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and execute outreach campaigns (WhatsApp/Email) to keep the sales funnel moving. Startup Growth: Work closely with the founding team to share client feedback and help refine our global service offerings. Requirements Communication: Fluent in both Hindi and English (Written & Verbal). Mindset: A Founding-tier attitude—ready to take ownership and scale within a fast-paced environment. Technical: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Interest: A genuine passion for Ayurveda, wellness, or healthcare is a major plus. Compensation & Benefits Earnings: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000+ per month. Structure: Base Salary + Performance-linked Incentives based on lead generation and conversion. Growth: Performance-based opportunity to join the Core Team . Mentorship: Work directly under the founding team and senior Ayurvedic doctors.
