About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive at UpGrad Rekrut, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and email support.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with order status, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, and product-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate solutions in line with company guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and processes.
- Meet productivity and quality metrics, including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS-Office and ability to multitask.
- English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Customer support experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
