About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive at UpGrad Rekrut, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and email support.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order status, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, and product-related inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate solutions in line with company guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and processes.
  • Meet productivity and quality metrics, including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and ability to multitask.
  • English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Customer support experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
