Electrical and Electronics Engineering Intern
About the Role
Location: Kolkata, on-site Duration: 6 months (extendable, with a path to full-time for the right person) Team: Robotics / Mechatronics Engineering Incentive: Monthly stipend with performance bonus [Field trip to Shenzhen or San Francisco] About the role This internship places you at the centre of a full-scale humanoid robot development program. You'll work as an active contributor — not an observer — on the electrical and electronics architecture of a humanoid platform. The engagement is intensive and full-time; expect a steep learning curve and real ownership. You'll wire up motor drivers, help lay out PCBs, solder, test, and be in the room when the robot first powers on. This isn't a fetch-the-coffee internship. You'll own real pieces of the electrical and electronics stack — under guidance, but with your name on the work. Apply if you: Are pursuing or just finished a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering Have built something — a drone, a robot, an Arduino project, a board you designed, a hackathon entry — that actually worked (or memorably didn't) Can read a schematic, hold a soldering iron, and have spent real time in KiCad, Altium, or EasyEDA Know what a BLDC motor is and roughly how it's driven Are honest about what you don't know and curious enough to figure it out You'll learn: Power electronics at robot scale, BLDC motor control, battery management, CAN and EtherCAT buses, PCB design, and hands-on debugging on a full size Humanoid Robot.
