Sales Account Executive

About the Role
As a Sales Account Executive at Unseen, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the employer segment, targeting large and mid-sized organisations seeking to improve their early careers, graduate, and volume hiring programmes. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying sales role responsible for the full sales cycle: developing new opportunities, converting inbound leads, and managing opportunities through to successful close.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of target employer accounts across sectors.
- Convert inbound, marketing-qualified leads into qualified opportunities.
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Manage the full sales cycle - discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Forecast accurately and maintain the CRM system.
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand employer challenges and opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales within HR technology, talent solutions, or RPO.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Confident at engaging senior HR, TA, EB, and procurement stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High levels of initiative, curiosity, and commercial acumen.
- Experience selling platforms, ecosystems, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with early careers, graduate, or volume recruitment markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
