Field Sales Coordinator

About the Role

As a Field Sales Coordinator at Universal Impex 52, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets by coordinating sales activities, managing sales data, and providing insights to inform business decisions. This role involves working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and develop strategies to drive sales growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales interactions, tracking sales performance, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and conducting product demos.
• Manage sales data, including tracking sales performance, analyzing sales trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including identifying new business opportunities and building trust with key decision-makers.
• Support the sales team in developing strategies to drive sales growth, including identifying new markets, products, or services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, including customer contact information, sales calls, and meeting notes.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, updating sales databases, and performing other tasks as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Lead Generation, Wiring, Product Demo, and Area Knowledge skills.
