Role Description This is a full-time Customer Support Executive role based on-site in Gurgaon. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional levels of customer service. Responsibilities include providing support to customers via digital platforms, offering technical guidance, and maintaining a positive relationship through effective communication and problem solving. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Proficiency in managing Customer Satisfaction and delivering Online Support Technical Support expertise to address and resolve customer issues efficiently Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
