Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Delhi for a Human Resources Recruiter. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet the recruitment needs of the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, post job openings on various platforms, conduct initial interviews, and help create job descriptions. You will also assist in managing recruitment databases and provide support in onboarding new hires. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. 2. Handle the hiring of senior-level positions (executives, directors, managers). 3. Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, skills, and cultural fit for senior roles. 4. Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals, to find top talent. 5. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for senior-level and specialized roles across different domains. 6. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs. 7. Provide guidance and insights to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability. Requirements: 1. Strong experience in recruiting senior-level positions across multiple domains. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. 4. Strong understanding of market trends, salary structures, and recruitment best practices. 5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously. 6. High attention to detail and organizational skills. 7. Negotiation and closing skills to secure top candidates.
