Gold Loan Officer

About the Role

As a Gold Loan Officer at Ujjivan Financial Services, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding targets set for the number and value of gold loans. You will be the primary contact for gold loan customers, pitching the product to them, explaining all details about the product, and collecting required documents.

You will also coordinate with the branch team, including ADOs, BMs, CRMs, CCRs, CROs, LOs, and external members, such as BCs and DSAs. Additionally, you will resolve field-level queries of customers related to gold loans and manage regular collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for gold loan volume and value.
• Work on increasing the OSP increment of assigned portfolios.
• Meet cross-sales targets for assigned portfolios.
• Pitch the gold loan product to eligible customers and collect leads.
• Conduct outbound promotional activities for gold loan lead generation.
• Coordinate with feet-on-street, DSAs, and BC points to ensure proper collection of 0-90 DPD cases in the branch.
• Ensure customers are educated about gold loan schemes and services offered by Ujjivan.

Skills & Qualifications

• Good Computer Knowledge.
• Gold Loan Product Knowledge.
• Managing customer relations.
• Graduate or Professional Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Fresher with 0-2 years of experience in any asset product, preferably gold loan.
• Ability to plan and coordinate.
• Ability to speak and read regional language(s) and English.
• Good verbal fluency and uses simple, clear, and purposeful language.
• Good Computer knowledge.
