About the Role
Role Overview We are hiring MBA freshers for our Business Development team who are keen to build a career in B2B SaaS sales. This role is designed as a Management Trainee program, offering hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle and client engagement process. This is a revenue-focused role with clear expectations on ownership, execution, and performance. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions through consultative selling Deliver product presentations and demos to prospective clients Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution Track and report daily sales activities, pipeline, and performance Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals Eligibility Criteria MBA (Marketing / Sales / International Business/Finance) Mandatory Strong interest in business development and sales Internship experience in sales/marketing will be an added advantage Required Skills Fluent English communication (verbal and written) – Mandatory Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Confident, proactive, and self-motivated approach Structured thinking and problem-solving mindset Ability to work in a target-driven environment
