The platform is designed to provide an engaging and adaptive learning experience for all students. Role Description We are looking for a Growth Hacker Instructor who can design and record a beginner-friendly course on Growth Hacking . The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of growth strategy, marketing funnels, acquisition channels, experimentation, analytics, and startup growth playbooks. This role is focused on creating structured recorded lessons, practical assignments, templates, and real-world case-based learning content that helps students understand how modern companies grow. Key Responsibilities Design and record structured video lessons for a beginner-friendly Growth Hacking course. Create a complete course roadmap covering growth strategy, funnel building, acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue. Explain core growth concepts such as the AARRR funnel, growth loops, experimentation, conversion optimization, customer journey, and product-led growth . Teach learners how to identify growth opportunities using market research, customer insights, analytics, and competitor analysis. Break down practical growth channels such as SEO, content marketing, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, influencer marketing, community growth, paid ads, and partnerships. Teach how to build landing pages, lead magnets, referral campaigns, onboarding flows, and retention campaigns. Explain important marketing metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, retention rate, churn, engagement, and revenue growth. Share real-world examples, startup case studies, growth experiments, and marketing playbooks used by fast-growing companies. Create practical assignments where learners build growth plans, funnel audits, experiment sheets, campaign ideas, and marketing reports. Prepare lesson scripts, module outlines, templates, checklists, and project-based tasks. Coordinate with the Tutedude content and production team to ensure high-quality recorded course content. Requirements Strong understanding of growth hacking, digital marketing, startup growth, and marketing funnels . Practical experience with growth channels such as SEO, content marketing, email marketing, paid ads, social media, community, referrals, and partnerships. Good knowledge of marketing metrics, analytics, campaign planning, and conversion optimization. Strong communication and training skills. Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts for beginner-level learners. Experience in creating course content, workshops, training sessions, or educational videos is preferred. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students build practical marketing skills. Familiarity with e-learning platforms is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Ideal Candidate Someone who has hands-on experience in growing products, campaigns, communities, startups, or brands, and can turn that experience into simple, practical, and engaging lessons for students.
