About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at TSI - Transworld Systems Inc., you will be the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about electric utility services, resolving their queries, and addressing any issues they may have. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling customer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary. You will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling services to customers, ensuring they are aware of available options and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about electric utility services, including billing, payments, and outages.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to customers, ensuring they are aware of available options and promotions.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members, ensuring timely resolution.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Upselling: Strong sales skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Billing & Invoicing: Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing processes, with the ability to provide accurate information to customers.
- Payments: Ability to process payments and resolve payment-related issues.
- Outages: Basic knowledge of outage procedures and protocols, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers during outages.
- Account Management: Ability to manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field, with a focus on customer service, sales, or marketing.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
