About the Role
We are looking for a candidate, with highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes. The role requires hands-on configuration experience, integration knowledge, and the ability to drive seamless candidate-to-employee lifecycle solutions Must to have skills: Email Triggers, On / cross boarding Key Responsibilities:- -Recruiting (RCM) & Candidate Experience -Design and implement end-to-end recruiting solutions, including: -Requisition management -Candidate applications and profiles -Offer management workflows Configure and optimize:- -Requisition templates (standard & custom fields) -Route maps & approval workflows -Role-based permissions (RBP) for internal and external users -Email trigger configurations Manage:- -RCM–RMK job posting integrations -Career Site Builder (CSB) design and configuration -Onboarding 2.0 & Lifecycle Processes Design and deliver:- -New Hire onboarding -Crossboarding & rehire processes -Offboarding workflows and compliance tasks Configure onboarding activities including:- -Equipment ordering -IT provisioning -Buddy assignment -First-day orientation workflows Build and customize:- -Task templates and onboarding journeys -Advanced business rules for automation -Integration & Digital Experience
