Solution Engineer

About the Role
This Solution Engineer role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, setting up working environments, and helping teams see real value from software during evaluations and pilots. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to prepare demos, onboard data, deploy systems, and support technical discussions.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in helping customers assess our products and feeding back practical input to improve product readiness and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain customer-facing demonstrations for iROADS and iMAAP
- Support pre-sales evaluations, PoCs, and pilot deployments
- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes-based environments
- Implement DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Configure and operate monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during customer engagements
- Maintain demo assets, deployment templates, dashboards, and documentation
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
- Experience in working with different types of data workloads
- Proven DevOps experience
- Experience with Azure and AWS
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with cloud-native distributed systems
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
