About the Role
In this role as a Healthcare Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting healthcare services and products to various clients and customers. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also be involved in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the company's sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, as set by the company, and contribute to the growth of the company's sales revenue.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, or life sciences.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with sales software and tools, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
