Role Description The Inside Sales Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Surat, with some flexibility for remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, communicating with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing sales. The role requires providing exceptional customer service to existing clients and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals. You will also gather customer insights to improve service offerings and build long-term partnerships. Qualifications Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients Demonstrated ability in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction Experience with Sales techniques to meet or exceed targets consistently Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of logistics and shipping is an advantage Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
