Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive Experience: 0–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Devanahalli Salary Range: 3-4 LPA Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain project details, and support the sales team with appointment setting and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Calling & Follow-Up Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain project details clearly and professionally. Follow up regularly to convert leads into site visits or qualified prospects. 2. Customer Handling Answer customer queries with accurate information. Maintain a positive, helpful tone in every interaction. Understand customer needs and share relevant project offerings. 3. Coordination Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Update CRM or lead sheet with call status and customer feedback. 4. Reporting Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and lead conversion reports. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: 12th Pass / Graduate. 0–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or similar roles. Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language). Confident, polite, and persuasive talking style. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM usage).
