Formed as TRISITA Engineering LLP in 2015, leading and delivering services to most of the engineering houses irrespective of any verticals. Now, TRISITA Engineering LLP operates across 6 cities, boasts 200+ professionals, and manages $125M in operations. We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle calls/chats professionally. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats. - Assist customers with queries, complaints, product/service information, and issue resolution. - Maintain customer records and update the CRM system accurately. - Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and protocols. - Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when required. - Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards. - Coordinate with internal departments for faster resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Graduate preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently. - Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
