About the Role
This high-ownership Paid Media Specialist role involves managing 2–4 B2B SaaS accounts end-to-end, focusing on strategy, execution, and optimization to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
You'll be working with a range of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads, to build and refine audience segments, ensure accurate tracking, and develop full-funnel strategies tied to pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across various paid media channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing aligned to revenue goals, ensuring optimal ROI and pipeline growth.
- Build and refine audience segments using intent-based, firmographic, ABM lists, retargeting, and lookalike targeting.
- Ensure accurate tracking of conversions, using UTMs, CRM integration, and other tools to measure campaign performance.
- Develop full-funnel strategies tied to pipeline and revenue, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Run structured experiments (A/B testing) across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.
