Junior Web Designer

About the Role

As a Junior Web Designer at Triloke, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces, working closely with the design and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Your primary focus will be on crafting engaging user experiences through effective typography, color schemes, and responsive design principles.

You will be working on a variety of projects, from designing landing pages to creating interactive web applications, and will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces that align with the company's brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs and identify potential issues early on.
• Conduct UI testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and other design assets to ensure consistency across projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
• Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in web design principles, including typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Experience with UI testing and user research methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Portfolio that showcases a range of design projects and experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
