About the role

Drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience at Westside's fashion-forward stores. You'll assist customers, manage merchandise, and uphold the brand's style standards on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with product selection, styling advice, and queries

Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling

Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock on the floor

Process billing, exchanges, and returns at the POS counter accurately

Participate in store events, promotions, and inventory management activities

Requirements

Graduate / 10+2 with 0–2 years of retail or customer service experience

Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering great customer experiences

Good communication skills in English and local language

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and festive seasons
