As we continue to expand, we are building a team that contributes to business development by connecting with potential clients and supporting our sales efforts. Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Intern to support our business development efforts. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in client interaction, sales, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Research, identify, and build a database of potential clients using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads in a timely manner Craft personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages Clearly communicate the company's services and effectively address client queries and objections Maintain accurate lead records, update the CRM, and prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services Use tools like Apollo, Notion, Instantly, Powerpoint, Word Docs efficiently Conduct discovery meetings and qualify prospects Skills & Requirements: Graduation (or final year in 2026) in any field with a strong interest in building a career in Sales/ Business Development Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Good organizational skills and attention to detail Internship Details: Duration: 6 months (Performance based PPO after 6 months) Location: Mulund, Mumbai (Full time Internship, Onsite) Stipend: 7 to 10K + Incentives Work Schedule: 10 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays Off; 1st and 3rd Saturdays WFH) Application Process: Interested candidates can send their resumes to [HIDDEN TEXT] with the subject line Sales Intern-THQ.
